Alicia Kobe, BSN, MSN, FNP-BC
Nurse Practitioner
"My passion for root-cause, functional medicine began in nursing school, where I noticed that much of traditional healthcare centered on treating symptoms rather than identifying why they were occurring. That realization sparked a desire to practice medicine differently—by addressing underlying imbalances and supporting the body as an interconnected whole.
As a functional nurse practitioner, I provide evidence-based, personalized care focused on optimizing the body’s natural ability to heal and thrive. My clinical interests include hormone replacement therapy, gut health, metabolic health, nutritional optimization, and integrative aesthetic medicine. By combining advanced diagnostics, lifestyle medicine, and targeted therapies, I help patients restore balance, improve energy, and enhance overall well-being—both internally and externally.
I believe true health is built through education, partnership, and sustainable changes, not quick fixes. My goal is to empower patients to understand their bodies, address root causes, and feel confident in their health at every stage of life.
Outside of the office, I am a busy mother of two teenage boys and a crazy Beagle. I am passionate about keeping my mind and body strong through running, HIIT classes, walks on the beach, travel and reading. My family and friends are the center of my life and I am beyond blessed to work alongside of some amazing colleagues and friends. I wholeheartedly support the mission of Morning Rose and am honored to be a part of the team!"
Talia Cesario, RN
Aesthetic RN
"My journey into aesthetics began in critical care, where I worked as a nurse in the ICU and developed a deep respect for precision, safety, and patient-centered care. That clinical foundation continues to guide my approach at Morning Rose Integrative Health & Aesthetics, where I focus on individualized, results-driven skin care within a functional framework.
I prioritize treatments and protocols that support barrier strength, hydration, and long-term skin resilience, with each plan customized intentionally and guided by clinical knowledge. Patient education and transparency are central to my practice, empowering clients to understand their skin, their options, and the purpose behind every recommendation- so they feel confident and supported throughout their aesthetic journey.
Outside of the treatment room, I value time with my fiancé and our dogs, being close to family, and embracing a slower, more intentional way of living. I believe consistency, balance, and simplicity are foundational to both overall wellness and healthy skin- principles that are woven into the philosophy of Morning Rose.
I am committed to creating a calm, restorative environment where thoughtful, evidence-informed care meets personalized attention. My goal is for every patient to feel cared for, educated, and confident as they work toward healthy, resilient skin."
